Omni Hotels & Resorts—Amelia Island location—seeks a dynamic guest services associate for Amelia's Wheels. You will assist guests, rent bicycles and island hoppers, and lead Segway tours with certified instruction within 60 days of hire.

The role requires active engagement with guests, knowledge of hotel amenities, and participation in team meetings and events. Physical tasks and safety focus are essential in daily operations.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Valid driver’s licenses.
• Able to lift and lift up to 60-100 pounds occasionally and 30-50 pounds repeatedly.
• Able to stoop, stand, push, pull and walk or stand for long periods of time.
• Must be able to hear, smell, have good or corrected vision, and a good sense of balance.
• Associate must be able to verbally communicate clearly and effectively to various sized groups of resort guests.
• Able to multi-task effectively.

Responsabilités

• Provide guest assistance including rentals of Bicycles, Island Hoppers and Segways and lead Segway tours.
• Book and manage Segway tours using Xola.
• Book and manage Island Hopper reservations using Bike Rental Management software.
• Able to ride a Segway and become a certified instructor to lead tours within 60 days of hire.
• Be familiar with Omni Amelia Island bike trails and tour routes.
• Attend and participate in Amelia's Wheels meetings and events.
• Assist with routine cleaning and inventory of Amelia's Wheels equipment and maintain safety of all gear.
