Job summary

Comrise seeks a detail-oriented Representative to produce Pre-Operative Plans for robotically assisted hip and knee replacements in a 2nd shift, on-site role in Kalamazoo, MI. Responsibilities include creating cases, reviewing CT scans, and building 3D bone models using specialized software.

Minimum requirements include a high school diploma and at least 2 years of relevant experience or an associates degree.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 Years' work experience required, or equivalent education (Associate's Degree or above)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and knowledge of Adobe Photoshop are considered a plus
• Certifications or related experience in Radiology (CT, X-Ray, MRI) are preferred
• Certification in Graphic Design or related field is preferred
• College level anatomy course completion is preferred
• Demonstrated customer service orientation is preferred
• Demonstrated interpersonal and communication skills are preferred
• Demonstrated efficient work methods and an ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment is preferred

Responsibilities

• Create cases to be completed using a proprietary case management system.
• Review CT Scans for conformity to Mako Surgical protocol.
• Segment CT Scans using specialized software to create 3D Anatomical Bone Models for use in Robotic Surgery.
• Create Pre-Operative Surgical Plans using the previously created Digital Bone Models for robotically assisted Total Hip and Total Knee Replacement.
• Review CT segmentations and Surgical Plans for accuracy of anatomical landmark selection, and implant sizing and positioning.
• Upload completed Pre-plans to field based personnel.
• Document all activities according to prescribed methods and procedures.
• Follow work instructions exactly to deliver consistent output

2nd Shift Core Hours are 3:30pm-12:00am M-F This is NOT a remote position.
There is potential for voluntary OT in this role, in some rare instances, mandated OT may be applicable.

ONSITE *2nd Shift *
Demand continues to grow, so there is high overtime need (though infrequent, >55 hour weeks are possible). 2nd Shift Core Hours are 3:30pm-12:00am M-F This is NOT a remote position.

* The Representative will be a highly proficient and quality-focused producer of Pre-Operative Plans, they will be focused on their individual production efforts to meet team and department production targets, their responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following:

• Create cases to be completed using a proprietary case management system.
• Review CT Scans for conformity to Mako Surgical protocol.
• Segment CT Scans using specialized software to create 3D Anatomical Bone Models for use in Robotic Surgery.
