AppleOne Employment Services in Orlando, FL is seeking a Segmentation Analyst to drive multi-channel campaigns through SQL-driven segmentation and analytics. The role is hybrid (3 days in office / 2 days WFH) with a pay rate of $38/hr.

The candidate will build targeted audiences, analyze large datasets, and create dashboards in Power BI/Tableau to inform marketing decisions. Attention to detail and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in customer segmentation/multi-channel marketing.
• 4+ years of SQL experience.
• 4+ years of experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
• Experience working with large databases and marketing/customer data.
• Strong analytical, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
