Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Audit, Compliance, Risk Management or Operational Risk.
• In lieu of a Bachelor’s degree 4 additional years of segment-specific or risk related experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate effectiveness of controls and elevate as appropriate.
• Direct self-monitoring and testing to corporate risk requirements.
• Evaluate adequacy of enterprise and regulatory controls and risk assessments.
• Escalate issues to senior management in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with business segment management to support strategic goals.
• Coordinate with audit and risk functions to address issues with action plans.
• Serve as central point for risk information flow to and from corporate risk.
• Ensure adherence to policies and procedures by the business segment.
• Remain aware of credit risk related to the assigned segment.
• May have managerial responsibilities; perform other duties as assigned.
