Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with 7+ years in Audit, Compliance, Risk Management or Operational Risk.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to influence.
• Advanced knowledge of risk management principles and regulatory compliance.
• Ability to handle ambiguity and navigate complex situations.

Responsibilities

• Identify, measure, and monitor risk within business units.
• Work with business segment management to ensure risk remains within appetite.
• Evaluate controls and direct self-monitoring and testing per Corporate Risk Management requirements.
• Coordinate audit/exam activities with internal and external auditors/examiners.
• Escalate issues to senior management with actionable plans and target dates.
• Maintain business process maps and document remediation steps.
