Syngenta Group in the United States is offering an internship as Seeds Agronomy Developmental Sales Representative within the Emerging Talent Program. You will join a high-performing Sales Team and gain hands-on experience in product placement, agronomic principles, and territory development across the Midwest.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in Agricultural Science or related field completed between Aug 2026 and May 2027.
• Strong customer focus and business acumen.
• Willingness to be mobile within the Midwestern U.S.

Responsibilities

• Complete a defined training and development plan with guidance from management.
• Develop product and technical expertise, including agronomic principles and farmer relationships.
• Gain leadership capabilities and consultative selling skills while building a professional network.
• Implement strategy to achieve sales objectives in the assigned territory.
• Identify customer needs and market opportunities for Sales Management and Marketing.
• Manage and support customer base within defined geography; report activities weekly.
