Job summary

Syngenta Group's Seeds Agronomy Developmental Sales Representative internship offers hands-on, curriculum-based learning within a high-performing Sales Team. You’ll gain product knowledge, field experience, and leadership skills while supporting sales objectives in a defined Midwest territory.

Open to BA/BS graduates between Aug 2026 and May 2027 with a valid driver’s license, location-flexible within the United States.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in Agricultural Science or related field.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable moving violations record.
• Experience from agricultural internships is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Complete a defined training and development plan with guidance from manager.
• Develop product and agronomic knowledge, farmer relationships, and sales skills.
• Build leadership, communication, and territory-management capabilities while expanding the customer base.
