Job summary

Seedway, LLC is seeking a Veg Seed Sales Representative to drive growth and profitability of seed sales in North and South Carolina. You will work with the Sales Manager, Crop Specialists, and team to build strong customer relationships, execute strategic sales plans, and provide agronomic support through innovative seed solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 4 years of relevant seed or crop inputs sales experience.
• Strong knowledge of seed technologies and agronomic practices.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Willingness to travel regularly, including overnight.

Responsibilities

• Execute targeted sales calls and assist with key account strategy.
• Develop profitable relationships with growers by delivering seed solutions.
• Lead seed trials and related support initiatives.
• Present tailored farm proposals highlighting ROI.
• Support and implement sales strategies, pricing models, and marketing initiatives.
• Track competitive trends and inform strategy.
• Maintain records of sales activities and customer interactions.
• Participate in events, trade shows, and internal meetings.
• Collaborate across departments to ensure delivery of solutions.
• Manage pricing, contracts, and credit program facilitation.
• Utilize Microsoft Office and CRM software to streamline processes.
