Job summary

Helena Agri-Enterprises, LLC is seeking a Seed Specialist to support the division sales team with seed knowledge and future plot strategies. This role reports to the Division Manager and involves coordinating plots with retail locations and providing agronomic seed information.

Responsibilities include seed SME duties for grower meetings, participating in supplier meetings, and delivering agronomic training to retailers. A valid U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in agricultural field or ag business is required.
• One year of seed related work experience is required.
• Experience building strong relationships is required.

Responsibilities

• Supports sales and service of all seed.
• Supervises and coordinates Helena's future plots with retail locations.
• Provides agronomic information on seed selection to sales team.
• Participates as seed SME for grower meetings and field tours.
• Participates in seed meetings with suppliers and training programs.
• Supports long-term corporate seed strategy and product selection.
• May operate a company vehicle; travel up to 65% is required.
• Provides excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
