Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications include a bachelor’s degree with 2 years of related experience, or an equivalent combination.
• Current or previous Senior Reactor Operator license with 2 years of related experience is acceptable.
• Alternative paths include an associate’s degree with 4 years of related experience or a high school diploma with 6 years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate fire protection programs and station activities to meet codes and regulatory requirements.
• Directs fire brigade oversight, training, and evaluation for station readiness.
• Communicate critical fire protection issues to leadership and external agencies.
• Support inspections and audits, addressing findings with corrective actions.
• Participate in emergency response planning and outage-related activities.
