Job summary

PSA Security Network, located in Westminster, Colorado, is seeking an Events & Learning Operations Coordinator to support PSA’s Events and Learning & Development teams. This role coordinates speaker and educational content logistics, sponsorship and exhibitor fulfillment, trade show operations, event project management, learning administration, contract tracking, and financial oversight activities.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in event coordination or related fields.
• Experience supporting conferences, trade shows, educational programs, or member-based organizations preferred.
• Experience with event technology platforms such as CVENT preferred.
• Experience with Monday.com or similar project management software preferred.
• Experience working with learning management systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate speaker logistics for PSA and Edge events, conferences, summits, peer groups, and educational programs.
• Manage collection of speaker biographies, headshots, presentation materials, registration information, and special requirements.
• Schedule and coordinate speaker preparation calls and planning meetings.
• Support development, launch, and administration of conference Call for Papers processes.
• Coordinate educational session scheduling and room assignments within CVENT.
