Job summary

The City of Albuquerque is seeking a training professional to design, develop, implement and facilitate blended learning programs for security techniques and operations. You will analyze, develop and create security trainings across educational systems and platforms, coordinate staff trainings, and ensure compliance.

You will lead classroom and web-based sessions, administer security onboarding, and support recruitment efforts for the Metro Security Division, providing guidance on best practices

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in organizational training, adult learning theory, industrial and organizational psychology, education, business, or criminology.
• Four (4) years of experience in organizational training, training program management, or training program administration.
• To include one (1) year of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and facilitate curriculum, training objectives, and assessment methods for Basic Security Officer Training.
• Deliver classroom and web-based training; coordinate schedules and venues.
• Analyze learning needs and ensure compliance with practices, contracts and regulations.
• Conduct audits of security training programs and propose improvements.
• Coordinate with Employee Learning Center for online learning tracking and LMS reporting.
