Job summary

MFort Security Services is seeking an experienced Training & Compliance Specialist to develop and deliver practical security training for officers, supervisors, and field staff in Chicago and surrounding areas.

The role collaborates with Human Resources and Operations to ensure training aligns with client requirements, company policies, and post orders, while supporting ongoing compliance and performance improvement.

Qualifications

• Strong public speaking, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Ability to create PowerPoint presentations and training materials.
• Excellent written communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to train large and small groups.

Responsibilities

• Conduct new-hire orientation and ongoing training for security staff and field employees.
• Develop and deliver safety, security, customer service, supervisory, and site-specific training.
• Create training materials, quizzes, newsletters, and handouts.
• Train at MFort offices and at client locations.
• Assist with site-specific post orders and training materials.
• Provide coaching for supervisors and employees needing refresher training.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and identify development needs.
• Stay current with field operations to reflect real responsibilities.
• Track employee training, certifications, and deadlines.
• Assist with recruitment and candidate evaluations as needed.
