Job summary

Jobtailor in Bentonville, AR is seeking a Security Technology Project Manager to lead end-to-end installs of fire alarm, intrusion, CCTV, and paging systems from kickoff to turnover. You will coordinate with Construction, contractors, and vendors, manage schedules and budgets, enforce drawings and specs, identify risks, and deliver commissioning and final acceptance with clear documentation.

Requires BS in engineering or related field with 2 years' experience or 4 years in security systems;

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with security/low-voltage project experience.
• Experience managing security technology projects in active construction environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage security technology projects from kickoff through installation and turnover.
• Oversee third-party integrators for fire, intrusion, CCTV, and paging systems.
• Coordinate installation activities with construction, vendors, and project stakeholders.
• Track schedules, milestones, risks, costs, and contractor performance.
• Ensure work follows drawings, scopes, specifications, and company standards.
• Identify installation issues and drive timely resolution.
• Coordinate testing, commissioning, punch-list, and final acceptance.
• Maintain project documentation and provide status and escalation updates.
• Collaborate with design/engineering teams on clarifications or changes.
• Drive execution aligned with schedule, scope, and milestones.
