Pavion is seeking a Security Technician to lead a team of installers across multiple job sites, overseeing daily activities, and ensuring projects stay on schedule and within scope.

Responsibilities include advanced installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of security systems (CCTV, access control, intrusion), while maintaining safety and quality standards. Mentoring junior technicians and accurate documentation are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in security system installation (CCTV, access control, intrusion systems).
• Strong leadership and ability to supervise installation teams.
• Familiar with low-voltage wiring and reading schematics.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and work with security installers across multiple job sites.
• Coordinate daily installation activities to keep projects on schedule and within scope.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot security systems (CCTV, access control, intrusion).
• Maintain safety and quality standards; serve as field point of contact.
• Mentor junior technicians and document progress.
