Pavion Corp is seeking a skilled Security Technician to lead installation teams delivering access control, CCTV, and intrusion solutions across multiple sites. The role emphasizes field leadership, project coordination, and proactive issue resolution.

The position requires strong knowledge of low-voltage systems, blueprints, and safety standards, with a track record of guiding junior technicians toward higher performance.

Qualifications

High School Diploma is required.
5+ years experience in security system installation (CCTV, access control, intrusion).
Valid driver license and clean driving record.
Experience leading installation teams.
Knowledge of low-voltage systems, wiring standards, and blueprints.

Responsibilities

Lead, supervise, and work with security installers across multiple job sites.
Plan, coordinate, and oversee daily installation activities to keep projects on schedule.
Perform installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of security systems (access control, CCTV, intrusion).
Maintain safety standards and customer satisfaction.
Train and mentor junior technicians to improve team performance.
