Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 5+ years of security system installation experience (CCTV, access control, intrusion).
• Valid driver license with clean record.
• Proven experience leading installation teams.
• Strong knowledge of low-voltage systems, wiring standards, and best practices.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and work with our team of security installers across multiple job sites.
• Plan, coordinate, and oversee daily installation activities to ensure projects stay on schedule and within scope.
• Perform advanced installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of security systems (access control, CCTV, intrusion detection).
• Ensure all work meets Pavion quality standards, safety requirements, and customer expectations.
• Serve as the primary point of contact in the field for technicians, project managers, and customers.
• Train, mentor, and develop junior technicians to improve overall team skill level and performance.
• Conduct site walks, verify materials, and ensure proper system design execution.
• Maintain accurate documentation, including job progress, changes, and completion reports.
• Identify and resolve field issues proactively to minimize delays and rework.
