Job summary

MCA, Mobile Communications America, Inc., seeks an experienced Security Technician in Indianapolis, IN to support its dynamic Security division and deliver reliable, enterprise‑level security solutions.

You will install and service CCTV, access control, intrusion detection, and related low‑voltage systems; diagnose issues; collaborate with project teams and subcontractors; and complete projects with quality results. First shift with occasional evenings or weekends may apply.

Qualifications

• Two-year degree in Electronics, IT, or applicable subject.
• Minimum 1+ years of experience with installation and service of enterprise-level physical security systems (Access Controls, CCTV, Intrusion, etc.).
• Proficient with enterprise-level security systems – installation, programming, and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Install and service CCTV, access control, intrusion detection, communications, and other low-voltage systems.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot system issues.
• Work with project teams and subcontractors to deliver quality results.
• Execute assigned projects in a timely manner with quality outcomes.
• Read and interpret building plans and diagrams.
