Job summary

Loyal Source in Framingham, MA is seeking a skilled Security Technician to install, service, and maintain a range of security systems on site. The ideal candidate will hold a MA Class D Security System Technician License and have hands-on experience with Honeywell Pro-Watch.

You will diagnose issues, coordinate tools and resources, and communicate clearly with customers and internal teams while adhering to schedule and budget.

Qualifications

• Valid Class D Massachusetts Security System Technician License (mandatory).
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Must have experience with Honeywell Pro-Watch.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience installing and/or servicing security systems.
• Strong experience with Prowatch is required.
• Strong understanding of security system components, wiring, and troubleshooting.
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with customers and internal teams.

Responsibilities

Pay Rate: $60 / hour

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM

Loyal Source is seeking a skilled and experienced Security Technician to join our team in the Framingham, Massachusetts area. This role is ideal for a motivated professional who takes pride in high‑quality work, strong customer relationships, and technical expertise in security systems installation and service.

Primary Responsibilities

• Maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of all supported security systems
• Navigate and utilize online service and support programs
• Coordinate tools, materials, and resources to complete work on time and within budget
• Maintain strong customer relations through daily communication and on‑site coordination
• Serve as a qualifier for vendor/manufacturer product certifications
• Perform inspections and service tasks as required
• Complete all additional duties assigned by the Operations organization

Required Qualifications
