Job summary

Loyal Source is seeking a skilled and experienced Security Technician to join our team in the Framingham, Massachusetts area. This role focuses on installation and service of security systems, delivering high‑quality work and building strong customer relationships.

Key responsibilities include maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of security systems, coordinating tools and resources, and ensuring on‑time completion.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Class D Massachusetts Security System Technician License (mandatory).
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Experience with Honeywell Pro-Watch.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience installing and/or servicing security systems.
• Strong understanding of security system components, wiring, and troubleshooting.
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with customers and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of all supported security systems

• Serve as a qualifier for vendor/manufacturer product certifications
