Chainguard is seeking a Strategy & Operations Senior Manager (Security and Technology) to lead cross-functional initiatives that strengthen the security posture and technology strategy of the Chainguard enterprise. You will partner with the CISO and S&T leaders to drive planning, execution, and governance.

This remote-first role emphasizes executive communication, program management, and the ability to align stakeholders across product, engineering, and security workstreams while delivering

Qualifications

• Proven track record of corporate strategy and program management at a high-growth startup or top consultancy.
• Conversant in core cybersecurity and IT concepts to engage credibly with CISO staff and leaders across the business.
• Strong executive presence and ability to communicate with both technical and leadership audiences.

Responsibilities

• Assist the CISO and direct reports in developing and executing organizational strategy across Security & Technology.
• Run planning and operating cadences (QBRs, OKR cycles) and prepare executive materials.
• Drive cross-functional programs (product launches, new capabilities, certifications) and manage dependencies between teams.
• Design and improve S&T communications and build the operating system for decisions and prioritization.
