Chainguard is seeking a Strategy & Operations Senior Manager (Security and Technology) to partner with the CISO and executive team. This role is remote in the United States and focuses on developing organizational strategy across the Security & Technology portfolio to deliver outsized value to Chainguard.

You will drive S&T planning, prepare executive materials, and remove bottlenecks by aligning product, engineering, and security initiatives with corporate objectives.

Competenze

• Proven corporate strategy and program management at high-growth startups or similar.
• MBA or equivalent challenging coursework completed.

Mansioni

• Assist the CISO and direct reports in developing and executing org strategy across Security & Technology.
• Run S&T planning and operating cadence (QBRs, OKR cycles).
• Prepare executive materials: board decks, all-hands narratives, etc.
• Identify bottlenecks and drive cross-functional resolution before escalation.
• Represent the CISO in internal meetings and make scope-limited decisions.
• Drive operational force-multiplication and hold org accountable to commitments.
• Collaborate with S&T leaders and TPMs to drive cross-functional programs (product launches, new capabilities, milestones).
• Manage inter-team dependencies.
• Design and improve S&T communications mechanisms and storytelling.
• Build and maintain operating system for decision-making and work-tracking.
• Partner with HR/People on headcount planning and FP&A for budgets.
