Job summary

Schneider National, Inc. in Green Bay, WI is seeking a Security Team Leader to guide a team of security associates, manage staffing, and lead incident response. You will develop and maintain emergency plans, report on security issues to executives, and help shape budgets.

2-4 years of previous security or customer service experience.

Responsibilities

Lead a team of security associates and ensure adequate shift coverage and proper staffing.
Manage the enterprise company car program and establish car usage policies.
Respond to emergency security issues and provide updates to other business leaders.
Update organization-wide emergency response and recovery plans.
Maintain incident and investigation records.
Establish crisis policies and procedures.
Create and follow annual budgets.
Coordinate timelines and responsibilities for security-related projects.
