The position follows a full-time schedule with the 1st shift, typically 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m., and every other Saturday. Responsibilities include monitoring video, enforcing security policies, and protecting confidential information.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent work experience required.
• 1+ years of customer service or related experience.
• Security, loss prevention or criminal justice training is a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls promptly and direct callers to the appropriate department or associate.
• Maintain courteous communication with internal associates and company drivers.
• Oversee the accurate inventory of equipment.
• Control gate access across Schneider locations.
• Analyze and react to gate video surveillance.
• Handle and resolve security alarms promptly.
• Guide associates on adhering to security policies and procedures.
