Job summary

Schneider is seeking a Security Specialist in Green Bay to answer incoming phone calls from company truck drivers with security-related questions and requests. The Security Specialist will also operate gates and monitor entrances at Schneider facilities across the country.

The role requires maintaining security policies, monitoring video surveillance, and responding to alarms while ensuring confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions with associates and drivers.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent work experience.
• 1+ years of previous customer service, business or related experience.
• Previous security, loss prevention or criminal justice training is a plus.
• Experience with Microsoft Office programs.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills.
• Able to review and monitor video monitors for extended periods of time.
