Job summary

OPS Security Group LLC in Plymouth Meeting, PA seeks a Security Supervisor / Officer in Charge (Unarmed) to lead a security team and ensure safety for staff and clients. The role focuses on leadership, scheduling, and incident response at a single site.

You will supervise 4-5 staff, conduct OJT, manage timecards, and uphold the site’s standards while coordinating with SOC for staffing and emergencies.

Qualifications

• 2 years of supervisory experience in security, law enforcement, military, or related customer service operations.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a team of 4-5 security staff and foster professionalism.
• Lead by example and provide ongoing performance feedback.
• Perform On Job Training for new hires and review location logs for accuracy.
• Formulate security best practices and respond to incidents and emergencies.
• Maintain schedules and fill shifts when needed, including PTO and call-outs.
• Develop flexible staffing to cover peak hours and events.
