OPS Security Group in Plymouth Meeting, PA is seeking a Security Supervisor / Officer in Charge (Unarmed) for a full-time, on-site role. You will lead a team of 4-5 security staff, ensure client satisfaction, and uphold safety standards across the site.

Qualifications include 2 years of supervisory experience in security or related fields, strong communication skills, valid driver’s license, and the ability to coordinate with onsite personnel.

Qualifications

• 2 years of supervisory experience in security, law enforcement, military, or related customer service operations.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work professionally with onsite client personnel and leadership.
• Must have a Valid driver’s license and vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a team of 4-5 security staff and lead by example.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback.
• Manage timecards and payroll inputs with site leadership.
• Fill shifts and call-outs as needed.
