Job summary

Titan Security is seeking a Security Supervisor to oversee client-site operations on a shift basis in Carlisle, PA. You will manage a team of 5-6 officers, coordinate scheduling, training, and performance to deliver high-quality security services.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, at least 3 years of security experience, and the ability to obtain a security license. English proficiency and a clean background are essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED and 3 years prior satisfactory employment as a security officer or directly related experience.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid Security License if required by state; driver’s license as applicable.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English; bilingual is a plus.
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Help supervise operations of an assigned Client site on assigned shift.
• Manage a team of 5-6 security officers/supervisors, including scheduling, payroll, training, coaching, development and support.
• Ensure the Client Site is provided with high quality security services to protect people and property.
• Handle all escalated security issues or emergency situations appropriately.
• Develop staff in technical and professional skills through performance management.
• Maintain logs and incident reports accurately and coordinate investigations.
