Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Monitor the camera system.
• Implement a scan point patrol of the property and report issues.
• Report signs of forced entry, safety issues, and abnormal activity.
• Sign in guests and vendors; greet and acknowledge residents and visitors.
• Deliver high end customer service and assist guests as needed.
• Respond to emergencies and deter/prevent crime.
• Perform ingress/egress control procedures and investigate incidents.
• Detain suspects when necessary and perform related duties.
