Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of Security Officers on designated shift.
• Oversee day-to-day site operations and review daily reports.
• Performance management and staff coaching.
• Maintain a strong visible presence among visitors, patrons, and employees to enforce order and protect property.
• Conduct patrols and surveillance to prevent safety hazards, theft, violence, or infractions of rules.
• Enforce rules and respond to emergencies with security assistance as required.
• Prepare detailed narrative reports and daily activity reports (DARs).
• Monitor and report irregular or unusual activity and address identified risks.
• Conduct thorough investigations of incidents and prepare comprehensive reports.
