Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of Security Supervisor experience.
• State Guard License required.

• Reliable transportation required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong leadership abilities and ability to motivate a team.
• Ability to make clear decisions during crises or high-stress periods.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of Security Officers on designated shift.
• Oversee day-to-day site operations and review daily reports.
• Performance management and staff development.
• Train, coach, and counsel staff; ensure high standards of professionalism.
• Maintain a strong visible presence to enforce rules and protect property.
• Conduct regular patrols and surveillance to prevent hazards and incidents.
• Enforce policies and respond to emergencies; provide security assistance as needed.
• Prepare narrative reports and DARs; monitor irregular activity and address risks.
• Investigate incidents and prepare comprehensive reports.
