Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years in security, public safety, military, or related fields; 5 years preferred.
• Ability to manage workloads and supervise staff.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to respond decisively in emergencies.
• Experience with access control, safety systems, and related equipment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Ensure site staffing plans meet client and contract requirements.
