Formación

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
• BSN preferred.
• 3-5 years charge nurse experience preferred.
• BLS and NRP certifications required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Accountable for the clinical operations to include effective management of the clinical and environmental systems within the department.
• Promotes collaborative practice with other departments and customers.
• Must be able to adjust to a rapidly changing environment and assure good communication skills within department and to outside customers.
