You’ll own the complete recruiting lifecycle, build pipelines through networking, partner with field leadership, and ensure a smooth onboarding process while maintaining accurate ATS data.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in high-volume or hourly recruiting.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Experience with ATS/HRIS systems (UKG/Kronos a plus).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting from sourcing to onboarding for hourly security roles.
• Build candidate pipelines through networking, outreach, and sourcing strategies.
• Partner with field leadership to understand hiring needs and workforce demands.
• Utilize job boards, social media, and recruiting tools to attract talent.
• Deliver a strong candidate experience with clear, timely communication.
• Support onboarding and training coordination for new hires.
• Maintain accurate data within the applicant tracking system.
• Collaborate with HR to ensure compliance and onboarding accuracy.
• Engage with employees post-hire to drive retention and referrals.
