Primary duties include screening candidates, conducting initial interviews, and guiding applicants through the process. Must meet standard hiring criteria and participate in pre-employment screening.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a reliable means of communication.
• Must have a reliable means of transportation.
• Must have the legal right to work in the United States.
• Must be able to speak, read, and write English.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Willing to participate in the Company’s pre-employment screening process.

Responsibilities

• Identify potential sources for recruiting Security Officers, such as job fairs and agencies.
• Develop relationships to increase applicant flow through on-site visits.
• Conduct initial interviews prior to referrals for secondary interviews.
• Review employment applications and evaluate work history, education, and qualifications.
• Inform applicants about duties, compensation, schedules, and company policies.
• Maintain records of applicants not selected for employment.
