Job summary

Google is seeking a Technical Program Manager for the Systems Security Portfolio within the Product Security PMO. You will own outcomes across infrastructure, OS, and hardware security initiatives, coordinating with engineers, security teams, and executives from multiple locations including New York and San Jose.

You will manage complex, multi-disciplinary projects, drive governance and change management, and communicate tradeoffs to stakeholders.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
8 years of experience in program management.
Experience in infrastructure, operating systems, hardware platforms (GPUs/TPUs), virtualization/sandboxing, and low-level product security.

Responsibilities

Implement communications standards across a portfolio of programs including executive and key partner communications.
Establish a reliable cadence for program reviews, decision-making, prioritization, and resource stewardship with measurable improvements.
Lead a governance structure that drives effective executive decision-making and mitigates dependencies.
Identify change management opportunities that increase program velocity across multiple teams.
Define and manage a program portfolio solving problems with high business impact for the organization and product area.
