Qualifications

• Customer focus under pressure.
• Experience with fire alarm and/or electronic security systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Self-starter with minimal supervision.
• Able to read blueprints and drawings; good math skills.

Responsibilities

• Install, program, test, repairs, and service non-routine systems.
• Read blueprints and wiring diagrams to determine installation procedures.
• Operate systems to commission and demonstrate equipment.
• Mentor less experienced staff and supervise testing.
• Coordinate with Project Manager for project timelines.
• Provide customer training and ongoing support.
