Job summary

Kastle Systems International, LLC is seeking a Service Technician II to test, troubleshoot, and repair security systems at customer sites, including access control and CCTV. You will interact with clients and Kastle staff to ensure service orders are accurate and completed on time.

The role requires on-site work, local travel to the DC Metro area, and a 40-hour shift beginning Saturday through Wednesday. Strong electronics and networking skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Must have advanced electronics and electrical knowledge.
• Mid- to advanced networking knowledge with certifications.
• Proven diagnostic skills for complex services.

Responsibilities

• Maintains, services, installs, tests basic access control and video systems.
• Diagnoses CCTV problems and replaces faulty components.
• Programs DVRs and NVRs per client needs.
• Provides regular progress updates to stakeholders.
• Travels locally to DC Metro worksites.
