Job summary

Stone Security in Grand Prairie, TX is seeking a Support Engineer to deliver exceptional technical support for our security software and hardware, including Milestone, LenelS2, and DMP. You will diagnose issues, coordinate service calls, and help ensure compliance with Federal, State, and local regulations.

The role requires 2+ years in security systems support, strong troubleshooting, and the ability to read manuals and wiring diagrams.

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in security systems support or related IT field.
Proficiency with Milestone, LenelS2, DMP or similar platforms.
Strong troubleshooting skills for security, video surveillance, and access control systems.
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Technical Support & Troubleshooting: diagnose and resolve system issues for security software/hardware (Milestone, LenelS2, DMP).
Service & Maintenance Coordination: schedule and coordinate service calls and routine maintenance.
System Installation & Configuration: assist in installation, configuration, and support of electronic security solutions.
Customer Support & Consultation: provide expert advice on performance, maintenance, and upgrades.
Additional Responsibilities: assist internal teams with troubleshooting and knowledge sharing.
