Stone Security, a BearCom company, is seeking a Project Technician to install and troubleshoot low voltage panels, IP video, and intrusion systems. The role supports Lenel, S2, Milestone, DMP, and Axis cameras with training provided.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, has a strong work ethic, and can travel within the state. Hours are hourly, with a compensation range reflecting experience and regional standards.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma or vocational training.
• Must have 6+ years of experience.
• Knowledge of intrusion systems, IP Video, and access control (Lenel/S2, Milestone, DMP).
• Ability to read plans and install panels, boxes, and wiring.

Responsibilities

• Installs and troubleshoots low voltage panels, wiring, IP video, and intrusion systems.
• Provides reliable customer support.
• Instructs customers on system operation and functionality.
• Performs system testing and signal verification.
• Maintains truck stock and tools.
• Organizes resources for efficient task execution.
• Ensures progress and completion of tasks.
• Documents service and hours worked.
• Submits accuracy of task-related activities.
• Willingness to travel within Texas when applicable.
