Job summary

Stone Security, a BearCom company, is seeking a Project Technician to join our security integration team in the Salt Lake City area. You will install, program, start-up and certify security systems on assigned projects, and provide customer training.

Travel is required; you will wire, install hardware, and test systems, ensuring compliance with Stone Security Standards. A 3-year track record with Milestone/Axis/Hanwha/Bosch is expected, along with a high school diploma and strong communication

Qualifications

• Three years of experience installing network camera systems (Milestone/Axis/Hanwha/Bosch).
• Three years of experience installing security systems (DMP/Bosch).
• Three years of experience installing access control systems (Lenel/S2).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proven track record of leading a security installation team.
• Aptitude for networking, computers and general IT is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Install, program, start-up, certify, and train on projects.
• Run wiring, install hardware, field terminate devices.
• Inspect, test systems, batteries, wiring, and repairs.
• Travel is required.
