Job summary

Stone Security, a BearCom company, seeks a highly organized Project Technician to install and troubleshoot low voltage panels, IP video systems, and intrusion devices. Primary systems include Lenel, S2, Milestone, DMP, Axis cameras.

The role works under minimal supervision with on-the-job training provided for the specific systems and codes. Strong attention to detail and a solid work ethic are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of High School Diploma or vocational training.
• 6+ years of experience in security tech or related field.
• Knowledge of intrusion, IP Video, and access control systems (Lenel/S2, Milestone, DMP).
• Read plans and install panels, wiring and devices per specs.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass background/drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Install and troubleshoot low voltage panels and IP video systems.
• Provide reliable customer support and instruction on operation.
• Perform system testing and ensure task completion on schedule.
• Maintain truck stock and document hours and activities.
• Travel within the state when applicable and adhere to safety regulations.
