Job summary

Sage Integration Holdings LLC is seeking a Project Manager to plan, direct, and coordinate activities for designated projects, ensuring goals are met within time frames and funding parameters. The PM will manage both the project and technical support personnel.

Responsibilities include staffing, resource management, and maintaining project documentation, while ensuring confidentiality and compliance with company procedures. Occasional travel and extended hours may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree desirable.
• Experience in managing projects and technical resources preferred.
• Operating systems knowledge required.

Responsibilities

• Reviews project plan, timeline, and procedures for all projects.
• Determines staffing requirements and resources to complete projects.
• Manage customer expectations within timelines and budgets, forecast subcontractors and technicians.
• Prepare and maintain project paperwork (forecasts, billing reports, PM reviews).
• Lead and coordinate with staff across departments to meet objectives.
