Job summary

Securitas Technology is seeking a Project Manager to lead complex security integration projects from planning through closeout. You will schedule work, manage budgets and scope, engage customers, and coordinate across teams to ensure high-quality delivery on time and within budget.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree (PMP preferred) and a proven track record managing multiple long-term projects, including budgets > $1M. Strong communication and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 2 years of experience or 5 years in security industry.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Demonstrated history of PM leadership with multiple projects.
• Experience managing large, long-term projects > $1M.
• Strong PM fundamentals, methodologies and tools.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communications and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Effectively plan, execute, monitor and close projects.
• Develop project plans, scopes, SOWs, charters and schedules.
• Create sub-plans: communications, QA, resource and procurement.
• Manage issues/risk, changes, reporting and finances.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and ensure timely delivery.
• Lead delivery of project deliverables and closeout activities.
• Mentor new team members and share lessons learned.
