Job summary

Securitas Electronic Security Technology and Solutions is seeking a Project Manager to provide leadership across all PM responsibilities, delivery, and customer satisfaction while meeting financial targets.

You will manage projects from analysis through close, plan and schedule work, and engage stakeholders to ensure on-time, within-budget delivery with quality results. The role requires coordinating multiple projects and mentoring team members in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field with 2 years of experience, or 5 years in a security industry related position.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Demonstrated successful history of Project Management leadership including leading multiple simultaneous projects for a minimum of two years.
• Demonstrated skills in the application of Project Management fundamentals, methodologies, and tools.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities within a fast paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Effectively plan, execute, monitor and control, and close projects using appropriate methods.
• Develop planning documents including project plans, scope documents, SOWs, charters, and schedules.
• Create sub-plans such as communications, QA, resource, procurement, and deployment plans.
• Manage project scope, risks, changes, and communications; monitor financials and metrics.
• Identify and prioritize change requests and re-plan as needed.
• Set expectations with resource managers regarding allocation and performance.
• Ensure QA/QC mechanisms are in place and followed.
• Execute project closeout activities and hand off to operations.
• Collaborate with other groups to ensure project success and customer satisfaction.
• Report on key metrics and lessons learned for continuous improvement.
• Lead the definition, execution, and delivery of project deliverables.
• Coach and mentor new team members; support other groups as needed.
