SAGE Integration Holdings, LLC is seeking a Project Manager in Kent, OH to plan, direct, and coordinate activities for designated projects, ensuring goals are met within time and budget constraints. The PM will manage both project and technical staff, with emphasis on scheduling, resource allocation, and client communication.

The role requires strong organizational and leadership skills, with experience in managing projects and technical resources, and a willingness to travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing projects and technical resources.
• Computer knowledge required.
• Operating systems knowledge required.
• Access Control software knowledge preferred.
• Must be able to operate a company truck with safe driving skills.

Responsibilities

• Reviews project plan / time frame / procedures on all projects and schedules coordination meetings.
• Determines staffing requirements, schedules and resources to complete projects.
• Manages customer expectations within timelines and budgets, forecasts subcontractors and technicians.
• Prepares and maintains paperwork (monthly forecast, billings report, PM Reviews).
• Follows implementation procedures per job in a timely manner.
• Works with all departments and supports Operations goals.
• Ensures staff accountability to customer and company.
• Supports change and team objectives to meet project goals.
• Leads project engineers/PMs to deliver objectives professionally.
• Resposible for final system testing and turnover to customer and service dept.
