Job summary

QTS Data Centers in Atlanta, GA is seeking a Development Program Manager (Q-Systems: Security) to lead design, pre-construction and construction activities across our portfolio. You will collaborate with Facilities, Contractors, Designers, Engineers, Commissioning Agents, Vendors, and Data Center Operations staff to deliver secure, scalable infrastructure.

The role demands strong communication, project leadership and the ability to drive multi‑phased site development, while aligning with Basis

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Science or Engineering or equivalent professional experience.
• Eight+ years of professional experience in commercial construction practices and procedures.
• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, pre-construction and construction activities on a given project.
• Program level support for network infrastructure deployments across the portfolio.
• Coordinate with network teams to ensure infrastructure meets facility needs.
• Develop plans for product deployment and review plans with staff.
• Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
• Create updates for executive level reviews and decisions.
