You will partner with Sales, Service, and leadership to meet contract performance targets while coaching staff and maintaining quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business, or equivalent work experience.
• Five+ years in progressive operations management in the Installation Industry.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to present to large audiences.
• Knowledge of supply chain levels and cross-functional leadership.
• Willingness to travel and use the office location as base.

Responsibilities

• Manage capacity, staffing, and performance of the Install Team across the area.
• Set objectives to achieve productivity, quality, and contract targets.
• Hire, coach, and evaluate direct reports with development plans.
• Enforce safety programs and on-site coaching for employees and subcontractors.
• Support project management activities and monitor forecasted revenue and margins.
• Conduct quality inspections and address gaps with training.
• Coordinate with Sales, Service, and regional teams to ensure delivery.
