The position requires hands-on expertise with tools, ability to climb and lift, and strong customer communication.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with hand and power tools.
• Must be able to climb stairs and ladders and carry tools up to seventy-five pounds.
• Must be able to distinguish colors.
• Must be able to interface and communicate with customers and co-workers in a clear and professional manner.
• Must be available to work overtime, weeknights, and/or weekends when necessary.
• Must maintain a valid driver’s license and safe driving record.
• Must meet certifications, licenses and/or registrations as required by state laws and electronic security regulations.

Responsibilities

• Installs, tests, and troubleshoots CCTV, access control, and security systems.
• Ensures that systems are installed properly and on time in accordance with Kastle's procedures and quality control standards.
• Provides feedback and information to identify any potential barriers to timely execution of the project, such as construction delays or changes.
• Provides accurate documentation for completed work.
• Maintains assigned company-owned vehicles, tools, equipment, and individual tool issue.
• Maintains and protects building keys to customer buildings.
• Communicates with customers, customer representatives, contractors and Kastle staff as necessary to install and test equipment.
• Stays up to date and knowledgeable in Kastle services, technology as well as internal processes and procedures.
