Job summary

i2G Systems is hiring a field technician responsible for site management and installation of security solutions for new and existing clients. You will work with internal teams, external teams, clients, and subcontractors to ensure project success.

Role involves installing CCTV, access control, and security systems, testing them, and ensuring timely completion while following i2G procedures. Occasional overtime and travel required to service sites.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with hand and power tools.
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to use metering devices.
• Climb stairs and ladders and carry tools up to 75 pounds.
• Color vision required.
• Clear professional communication with customers and colleagues.
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel, etc.

Responsibilities

• Installs, tests, and troubleshoots CCTV, access control, and security systems.
• Ensures installations meet procedures and quality standards.
• Provides feedback on potential barriers to timely execution.
• Documents completed work accurately.
• Maintains and protects company vehicles, tools and equipment.
• Communicates with customers, contractors and Kastle staff as needed to install/test equipment.
• Keeps up to date on Kastle services and internal processes.
